Return and Replacement Policy
1)We offer a 3 days no questions asked return policy
2)Customers can raise a return request by calling customer care or WhatsApp on +91 63520 28270 or sending a mail to admin@eyeeq.com with order details.
3)After the return request our Q C team will verify that the product has not been used and is in good condition. If the product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing we reserve the right to deny a refund.
4)After approval from our end customer needs to pack the entire product including packing materials, invoice, and all accessories and keep it ready for pickup. If reverse pickup is not available to your pincode (area) we will request you to ship it at our warehouse.
5)In any return and replacement a convenience fee of rs 150 will be levied.
6)If a user places multiple/bulk orders and returns the same we reserve the right to charge a substantial return fee. It can be a full order amount also.
7) Any product can be replaced or returned only once.
8) All COD charges are non-refundable.
9) No return /Exchange applicable on prescription-based orders/zero power blue block lens/power blue block lens.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can address the issue and make it right. We would need a parcel opening video as proof of damage. Without the parcel opening video, damages, returns, or exchanges will not be processed.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If a wrong item is sent from customer’s end, we held no responsibility. We will process the order of exchange/refund only when our product is received. The reverse shipping charges for the return of the wrong item will be borne by the customer only (if receipt of the wrong product is confirmed from our end)
Unethical purcase & cancellation policy
In case of any purchase made through unethical means or by taking advantage of a technical glitch or misusing the offer terms/guidelines/codes, the particular orders will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
NOTE
Our All glasses are tailormade ( customized) power lens and zero power lens, so no refund and replacement on that. And no COD (cash on delivery ) available for power lens and zero power lens.
